How to ADHD | What is Gaslighting?
This featured video is one of our “Definition Series” videos, a series of videos to help understanding by defining common ADHD terms. Since I oversee the entire production life-cycle, I was in charge of sourcing terms that people were confused about their meaning. Part of my inclination in choosing “Gaslighting” was due to a strong history being a victim of gaslighting.
